In service of their lifelong development, I offer them an adaptive learning approach that can prevent this or helps them ‘get unstuck’.
I believe that much of leadership development, at the core, involves some form of re-negotiation with others, and with yourself. I help leaders and teams to get a deeper perspective on this, and practice it on-the-job. In doing so, they evolve from the inside-out, and thrive.

I bring more than 20 years of experience as trusted advisor to leaders and teams. Usually, but not exclusively, I work in engineering, consultancy, pharmaceuticals, professional services and contract research sectors. My drives are independent thinking, creativity, innovation, development, harmony, and connection.
